“Kelly Clarkson Sells Tennessee Lake Home”
Kelly Clarkson sold her Tennessee lake home for $6.3 million. The 20,121-square-foot house, about 25 miles from Nashville, includes seven bedrooms, eleven baths, a family room, movie theater and a children’s room with four built-in bunk beds and good-sized play area. Kelly, who bought the home in 2012, originally listed it at $7.49 million.
“David Bowie’s New York Apartment Sold”
David Bowie’s longtime New York apartment has sold for $16.8 million. Bowie, who died in 2016, bought the 5,000-square-foot home in 2009 for $3.8 million. The 1885 building was once a candy factory.
“Djokovic Gets $6 Million For Condo Next-Door To Collapsed Florida Building”
In 2017, Novak Djokovic bought a three-bedroom, under-construction condo at Eighty Seven Park for $5.77 million and just sold it for $6 million. Eighty Seven Park is located next to the Champlain Towers South condominium in Surfside, Florida that collapsed killing 98 people. Some experts believe that the Eighty Seven Park construction played a role in the building’s collapse.

Kim Novak was one of Hollywood’s top stars in the 1950s and ’60s, well known for her starring roles in Picnic, Strangers When We Meet, Pal Joey, and her twin roles in Vertigo. In 1961, Kim chose a home far away from Hollywood on an outcropping of rock above the ocean in Carmel, California. The Carmel home on the ocean is for sale at $12.5 million.

It’s been a great year for Matthew Perry when it comes to real estate. In addition to acting, writing and producing, the Friends star has been buying, restyling and reselling some fabulous California homes for many years. He recently sold two properties: his stunning Century City condo in L.A. for $21.6 million and also a Malibu beach home for $13.1 million. His condo sale is the most expensive in Los Angeles since at least 2015.
“Mitt Romney Sells His Car Elevator Mansion”
Mitt Romney’s La Jolla, California home on the ocean that became a talking point during his 2012 presidential campaign has sold for $23.5 million. In 2008, Romney bought a 3,009-square-foot home in the beach community but then had it demolished and built a much larger home, over 8,000 square feet, with a car elevator. The car elevator and large collection of Romney-owned homes drew considerable criticism that he was out of touch with normal voters.

Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber have relisted their Beverly Hills mid-century modern home for $14.75 million. The glamour couple bought the five-bedroom home in 2017 for $11.62 million.

The Beverly Hills mansion that was most recently owned by Microsoft’s Paul Allen, who died in 2018, and was once owned by Rock Hudson is for sale at $55.5 million. With over 24,000 square feet on 3.2 acres, the estate includes a tennis court, recording studio and a guest house.
“Helen Mirren – Taylor Hackford Hollywood Hills”
Helen Mirren and husband, Taylor Hackford, have listed their longtime Hollywood Hills home for $18.5 million. Located on over six acres, the 10,200-square-foot estate includes a guest house and a total of nine bedrooms.
“$15 Million For W.C. Fields Mansion”
The W.C. Fields Estate, where the legendary comedian lived in the 1940s, is for sale at $15 million. Built in 1920 in L.A.’s Laughlin Park neighborhood, the four-bedroom home with 8,010 square feet was also the home of Lily Tomlin.
